We do, and trees are amazing, but they take 10+ years to absorb carbon. The climate crisis is happening now. That is why we use a hybrid model: we fund Carbon Avoidance projects (like renewable energy) to stop emissions today, while planting trees in the UK and overseas to restore habitats for the future.

Our personal plans cover one individual. Family plans are on our roadmap — in the meantime, you can add separate personal subscriptions for household members, or buy trees as a one-off gift for anyone.

Every month, we generate a verified digital certificate in your name, showing exactly how many tonnes you offset and how many trees you funded. You also get a public Impact Profile that you can share on social media to inspire others.

We are a mission-driven social enterprise, not a charity. This allows us to raise investment and scale our technology faster than a non-profit could. However, we hold ourselves to higher transparency standards than most charities, publishing our retirement certificates publicly every month.
